Our annual 4th of July Tournament is scheduled for this Friday and will shotgun start at 8:00am. Our golf committees have put together an exciting calendar of events, and I look forward to getting the season started in April with Golf Professionals, Alex Watson, Joe Benson and our new, seasonal assistant Golf Pro, Stephen George, who is currently working down at Country Club of Florida.
Our renovation of the basement indoor practice facilities is now fully complete, and the feedback from the members who have used the new simulators and teaching studio has been very positive. With the added simulators, we are now able to offer some winter programming for members to take advantage of. Starting in January, we have a new Winter Simulator Golf League! The professional staff will be administering this new league, which will begin on January 8th and 9th. If you have any questions about this new program, please reply to this email.
We are in the final stages of our new indoor golf center at Glen View Club. I’m excited about the upcoming winter season with our two new Trackman simulators and our new teaching studio.
