Advanced artificial intelligence has been used in the design to precisely vary face thickness and stiffness across the entire hitting area based on input received from hundreds of thousands of golf swings.

The face flexes more efficiently at impact, especially on off-center hits. Energy transfer is maximized all over the face.

The Speed Frame construction in the Callaway ELYTE Irons creates maximum speed while allowing improved forgiveness.

By reinforcing the topline and creating a stable, robust chassis, Speed Frame allows the face to be thinner and more flexible.

That will generate a strong trampoline effect for faster ball speeds and greater distance. And that comes whether the strike is higher or lower on the face, or wide of the sweet spot.

Better compression, more accuracy
To help improve both the sole and leading edge’s interaction with the turf, and to give golfers more confidence to hit through the golf ball, Callaway introduced the tri-sole design.

There are three distinct sole sections. The leading edge helps prevent digging. The middle section provides stability and bounce. The trailing edge ensures a cleaner exit.

The Speed Frame design makes room for more patented urethane microspheres (millions of tiny, porous urethane "balls" infused into a specialized urethane material positioned behind the clubface).
